Pumpkin Peanut Butter YogurtZ Dip

This Halloween, we partnered with one of our amaZing registered dietitian partners, Deanna Segrave-Daly of Teaspoon of Spice, to bring you this nutritious and delicious Pumpkin Peanut Butter YogurtZ Dip made with none other than GoGo squeeZ YogurtZ! For those with nut allergies, you can simply replace the peanut butter with an alternate seed butter.

    GoGo squeeZ Banana YogurtZ pouches

    ¾ cup canned pumpkin

    ¼ cup peanut butter (or seed butter)

    ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional

    Sliced apples and pears

  1. Add GoGo squeeZ YogurtZ to a large bowl.

  2. Add in pumpkin, peanut butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon (if desired). Mix well.

  3. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with fruit slices.
